This retreat is that reset that everyone needs when life is feeling too overwhelming and the mind won’t stop whirring. Daily yoga, mindfulness, nutritious food, massages and education modules on the operation of the mind and tools for truly managing thought and emotion. You will go on a relaxing journey into your internal landscape of thoughts, feelings and emotions and learn life changing tools for managing the interaction between thought, feeling and emotion. This will be carefully facilitated in conjunction with gentle outdoor activities, including meditation, Tai Chi and Yoga. We will take care of it all. Just sit back and relax!
